- A bacterial and viral barrier helps prevent external bacteria and contaminants from entering the site
- A waterproof barrier patient may bathe or shower without removing dressing

- Available in film dressing only, or with film dressing and non-adherent absorbent pad
- Breathable film allows skin to function normally with good exchange of moisture vapour and oxygen
